Sara S.

Office Manager

Sara was born and raised in Longmont, Co. A skilled athlete, she attended Southern Oregon University on a basketball scholarship. After graduation, she spent a year living abroad in Australia. It was an amazing experience and gave Sara a whole new perspective on life and travel.

In 2009 Sara moved to Austin, TX and began her career in the Dental industry in 2015. Sara is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of dental practice management and is especially skilled at navigating the world of dental benefits and coordinating the financial aspects of your dental care. Sara joined Sola Smile Co. in February 2023 after managing a dental specialty office for 7 years. She loves being part of such an amazing team and we are grateful to have her.

When Sara is not in the office she loves spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs. She loves being outside and staying busy.

India

Patient Care Coordinator

India grew up in San Antonio and has called Austin home for over 13 years. She found her way to Sola Smile Co. as a patient first—she noticed we didn't have a front desk, asked if we were hiring, and two weeks later the job was hers!

With over five years in dentistry, India believes in welcoming every patient by name because feeling seen makes all the difference. Her approach is warm, transparent, and always positive — especially for nervous patients, she's quick with reassurance and keeps the energy light.

Outside the office, India loves being outdoors, traveling, eating good food, and has a deep interest in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. A natural athlete, she competed in the track and field AAU Junior Olympics in high school and just completed her first Hyrox this year!

Amy

Business Associate

A true Austin native, Amy has been part of the dental field for five years and brings a calm, friendly energy to the front desk. She loves connecting with new people, and her approach with patients is all about clear communication — making sure everyone feels comfortable and informed from the moment they arrive.

Outside the office, Amy has a fun, eclectic side — she loves spending time with her cousins and family, tending to her plants, and collecting unique dolls and oddities. Oh, and she's a die-hard Twilight fan who once stayed at the actual Swan family house from the first film!

Fallon

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Fallon joined our Sola Smile Co. family in 2023. Originally from the Corpus Christi area, she also considers New Orleans her second home—a city close to her heart. Fun fact: Fallon rode in the 2025 Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans!

With her vibrant personality and upbeat energy, Fallon strives to create a personalized environment where patients feel truly at ease. She's known for making people laugh and turning dental visits into positive, even enjoyable, experiences. Fallon loves building genuine relationships with her patients and supporting them on their wellness journey.

Outside the office, she enjoys working out, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.

Monica

DENTAL HYGIENIST

A proud Dripping Springs native, Monica has been a valued member of our dental team for over six years. Known for her warm personality and gentle touch, she consistently receives praise from patients for her thoroughness and care. Monica is deeply committed to her profession and strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience.

Outside the office, Monica enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. She recently welcomed her second child and embraces the joys of motherhood. A true fan of Austin’s sunny weather, you’ll often find her paddleboarding, exploring local trails, or visiting the dog park.

Katie

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Originally from a small town in South Texas, Katie moved to Austin in 2023 and joined the Sola Smile Co. team in 2025. With a gentle touch and a calming presence, Katie is passionate about helping patients feel at ease while supporting them on their journey to better oral and overall health.

Katie recently married her high school sweetheart and is a proud cat mom to two furry companions. Outside the office, she enjoys being outdoors, attending live music concerts, reading, traveling, and staying active through fitness.

Sierra

Dental Hygienist

Sierra is originally from Oklahoma and spent five years in Lubbock, Texas before moving to Austin at the start of 2026. She discovered her passion for dentistry while working in an orthodontic office, where she fell in love with helping patients improve their oral health and confidence.

Sierra's approach focuses on creating a welcoming, open environment where patients feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and confident in their care. She's passionate about patient education and building genuine rapport.

Outside the office, Sierra soaks up everything Austin offers: new restaurants, live music, comedy shows, and long walks downtown. She also loves traveling back home to spend time with family. Fun fact: she's a huge movie fan who loves going to the theater solo and finds it completely relaxing—so feel free to send your recommendations her way!

Alma

LEAD CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Born and raised in the ATX, Alma has been a dental assistant for more than 10 years. She does an incredible job of helping patients feel safe and comfortable. Alma is fluent in Spanish, and always willing to do anything she can to help our patients and team.

Alma and her partner John are proud parents of four beautiful children, two dogs, and a flock of chickens!

Sarah T.

Dental ASSISTANT

Sarah is a unicorn! Born and raised in Austin, has been a registered dental assistant for the past 8 years. Sarah joined Sola Smile Co. in 2022, and is excited and to be part of high tech and caring practice. She loves challenges and expanding her skills in her profession.

Out of the office, Sarah enjoys being outside, traveling and spending time with her 2 sweet kids and fiancé!

David

Dental ASSISTANT

Born and raised in Austin, David brings a thoughtful, community-centered approach to his work at Sola Smile Co. Known for being focused, driven, and detail-oriented, he’s always looking for ways to improve the patient experience and ensure every visit runs smoothly. David is passionate about helping people feel more confident in their smiles while supporting their overall health with care.

Outside the office, David enjoys adventuring with his wife and kids, staying active through sports, and relaxing with good music and movies. His dedication and calm presence make him an integral part of our team.
